One thing I’m def NOT overthinking and DO give a big f about, is who I let touch my hair!

There’s a reason I finally have healthy long hair and that reason is @alllietureaud x @sevenandsatinsalon & @monatofficial 💁🏻‍♀️

Chapter 36: Can’t wait to see what’s in the mix 🤷‍♀️🔥💫

This birthday feels different. To know me is to know I LOVE my bday. I am a Leo after all…

And honestly? It’s not because everything is so perfect. I def do not have it all figured out. In fact, it’s just the opposite. For the first time in a long time, maybe in my life, I’m not looking at myself as a project that needs to be fixed.

35 was the year I learned how to come home to myself.

To stop searching for the next thing that would finally make me feel whole. To soften the parts of me that were always trying to be better, do better, prove more and own that I am doing great. I allowed myself to be exactly who I am while still continuing to grow.

And honestly? That has felt like freedom.

I feel more embodied, more present, more connected and more grateful for who I am now and who I am becoming.

I’m walking into 36 with less attachment, less control and so much more trust. Trust in myself. Trust in my timing. Trust that life is unfolding exactly as it’s meant to.

I don’t want to chase this year. I want to experience it. I don’t want to force this year. I want to receive it. I don’t want to become someone new. I want to fully be me.

I’m stepping into my era of soft power… of owning every part of myself, taking up space and letting life meet me where I am.

I’m excited to embark on this new chapter of life 😊

I’ve spent my entire life avoiding fear and discomfort!
Well now God isn’t letting me do that anymore.
I’m being forced to run full speed in the direction of everything that scares the shit out of me and babes, THIS is where the real growth is!
