When the morning after sneak peek video is this beautiful to put together 🥰 Uploading the little mini sneak peek video for my couples to wake up to the morning after their wedding is actually my favourite part of being a wedding content creator! I was actually supplier and guest for Harriet and Jacks wedding which was tricky (it’s hard to take the work hat off and relax 😁) but oh so worth it because I got to relive all of the beautiful moments of the day whilst I was editing their videos. So how lucky am I! It’s been a busy couple of months for weddings after 3 months off, and I am loving every second of being back capturing all of the special and all that’s inbetween moments for my amazing couples. Chapter 2 — Bridal prep at Whatfedale Grange 🤍 The light was beautiful as E and her girls got ready together in the prep room, and there was already such a celebratory vibe in the air. E looked stunning in her romantic dress from Scarlett Poppy — it caught the light in the most beautiful way. Cups of (wifey) tea were followed by celebratory bubbles, and everyone was so chilled, soaking up every moment together. Most of the couples you see on my grid felt a bit awkward about the photos before their wedding. Not in a dramatic way… just that quiet “we just don't know what to do with ourselves in front of the camera” feeling. And honestly, I get it. You don’t need to suddenly feel super confident or know what you’re doing. You just need to feel comfortable. Like you can be yourself. Like no one’s making it weird. That’s when the good stuff happens. The laughing, the chatting, the moments you don’t even realise I’m there for and that’s the bit I care about. I had the pleasure of meeting Louise and George a few years ago at their sisters wedding. It’s always so lovely to see so many familiar faces at a wedding and catch up with everyone - Well not only did this pair have a banger of a guest list, but also their vendors were absolutely unreal too. E & A tied the knot on Saturday at the incredible Wharfedale Grange. As a husband and wife team, it’s always special when we get to capture a day like this together — I photographed the day while James captured all the magic on video. We were treated to the prettiest spring florals, dreamy light pouring through the venue, and the perfect setting for some beautiful 35mm film photography. E looked stunning in the most romantic dress, while A and the groomsmen brought the style in green suits and a floral bow tie that tied everything together perfectly. As the evening arrived, the dance floor absolutely came alive with E&A’s stunning first dance. One of the highlights had to be the bride and groom’s mums stealing the show with their epic ABBA performance under the disco ball (more on that later!). The wedding party kept the energy high all night and made sure the celebrations carried on well into the evening. What an incredible day at Wharfedale Grange — E & A, thank you so much for having us.
