I don’t care where you were when this song came on you and your girls were about to go INNN 🪩🍾

What’s something else that immediately comes to mind when you think of that phase of your life 🤣 I’ll go first…. blue Gatorade, rumplemintz, and epic bathroom getting ready sessions in Vegas lolol.

One more EDC dump 🎆

Life becomes so much more fun when you realize you actually GET to “choose your character” 🙌🏽
Whenever you want you can completely change; your hair, style, hobby’s, routine, town, pretty much anything! 😏
How cool is that?! 🌈
I’m so grateful to have a strong body, adventurous spirit, open mind, and the best friends to share it all with 🥹🪩💕

2024 Bridal Bae Wrap 💍💒

This last year I had the pleasure training 7 brides for their big day! 🥹💗

I always say; “nobody trains like a bride to be” 😅
Because the effort, work ethic, and consistency of a bridal bae is UNMATCHED 🔥🔥

These 7 women lost a combined total of 118 pounds in preparation for their big day!!! 🤯🔥

Of course it’s not all about the weight, but it IS about completing the promises you make to yourself, and feeling proud and confident as you stand next to the love of your life and look back at photos captured for the next 50 years 🥹🥰

I’m so grateful to help create life long memories like this with the best girls around 💗 love (and fitness) are always in season 🥰

✨thirty flirty and THRIVINGGG ✨

It wouldn’t have been a Tati gathering if I didn’t have an impromptu “everyone take a few deep breaths and set some intentions for next year moment” 🙃🤩

This absolutely FLOODED me with gratitude and a reminder that nothing great matters if we don’t have people we love to share it with 🥹💕

I am SO overwhelmingly grateful to have such wonderful people in my life near and far - I love you dearly 🫶🫶🫶

This decade is going to far surpass what I could ever imagine. And so it is. 💫
