My longest commitment in life so far has been to @pure_barre and she’s been real good to me. 14 years as a client and over a decade teaching all over the country. I’ve built lifelong friendships and a community of like-minded badass women around me thanks to Pure Barre. It’s been there through many life transitions: a wandering nomad to a mother. It was my gateway into the group fitness world. I am forever grateful for the doors it’s opened for me over the years and the journeys it’s taken me on. A special S/O to the studios who made me the teacher and PB enthusiast I am today:

25 years is significant because it’s a reminder that when you truly love something it’s easier to focus less on time and live in the moment. Happy 25 years Pure Barre, and to many more. 🥂 ❤️

🚨instructor spotlight🚨

Shouting out our girl Lauren who led our @purebarrestlouis x Living Well collab class this morning! Go check her out at Pure Barre Ladue, her class is insane!

Lauren fell in love with Pure Barre when she was living in NYC. She wanted a workout that would pair well with dance. She became an instructor for the Tribeca and Financial District Studios in NYC. Lauren then moved to Los Angeles to continue her dance career and also continued teaching Pure Barre in Downtown LA and Pasadena. She is now one of the lead teachers for Pure Barre STL. She loves the Pure Barre STL community and really enjoys training new instructors and sharing her passion with them.

Non-dancers count music like: '1, 2, 3, 4...' 🛑

Dancers learn choreography like: 'And a boom, shhh, clack, ba-da-da, HOLD, and drop!' 🗣️🔥

Real talk, B. Elite family: What is the funniest or most random sound effect a choreographer has ever used to teach you a move?

Drop the sound words in the comments below! Let's see who has the craziest one. 👇😂

Before the trophies, the clean lines, and the long rehearsal hours... there’s the feeling. The reason we show up to the floor every single day. 💯✨

Let’s fill in the blank today. In just ONE word, tell us what dance means to you.
