happy #whykappawednesday from our lovely sophomore @laurenyuchaa 💓

“Entering my freshman year, I was extremely excited for the new opportunities I was going to experience. However, I was nervous about truly finding my people. Having such strong bonds with my friends at home, I was unsure that I would be able to find connections as strong as what I was used to. Knowing that Greek life was something I wanted to be a part of, I went in with little guidance and uncertainty of what was to come.

Kappa has undoubtedly changed my life in ways no other community has. I had never felt as comfortable or confident in any other place as I did walking through Kappa’s doors. Seeing so many girls with different interests and goals pushing each other to be the best versions of themselves drew me in instantly. The strength of the sisterhood and the amount of support I have received since going Kappa is something that has shaped me into the person I am today.

Having @skylarfrostt and @ellie.pisani by my side on bid day and growing together is proof to me just how strong the bonds made within Kappa are. There is no one else I could picture by my side through it all and I love you both endlessly💕💕 I am forever grateful for such an amazing group of girls in PC25 that I get to call my friends for life. You girls have shown me what it means to be a sister and you have made this experience what it is.

To my perfect big @emyforselius, in you I have found not only a big, but a best friend. You are the older sister I never had and god knows I needed. Your selflessness and kindness that you’ve shown me when I needed it most has made more of an impact than you could ever know. I strive to be half the person you are and I love you so much🫶

In such a short time, the sisters of Kappa and the community created is one that has changed my life for the better. Thank you for everything💞”

Love,
Lauren

Another successful Kappa Karwash🧼🫧💗

Today and every day, we want to reflect on the importance of mental health, awareness, and support. Through our support of the @jedfoundation and @active_minds, Kappa Kappa Gamma works to ensure students everywhere have access to the tools and resources they need to thrive! A very special thank you to our philanthropy chair @tiffanyhyon for organizing such a successful event and thank you to everyone who drove through and donated!
