Meet our Sugah Darlins! ✨🍋

A lot more than a pretty picture…these are the women behind Sugar Magnolia Properties. 💚

We believe in treating every client the way we would treat our own momma…with warmth, genuine care, authenticity, and a little white-glove service along the way. It’s how we strive to create the beautiful and memorable real estate experiences that Sugar Magnolia was built on, with the warmth and Southern hospitality that are at the heart of who we are.

We’re proud to bring that approach to East Texas real estate and to serve our clients with the kind of personal, relationship-driven care we believe everyone deserves.

These are our Sugah Darlins…and we sure are proud of them. 🌼🫶🏼

We are so excited to welcome our newest agent, Lauren Holyfield, to the Sugar Magnolia family! 💚✨🥂

Lauren is as beautiful as she is smart, kind, and poised…and she brings such a strong foundation to serve her clients well. With a background in banking, title, and five years in the mortgage industry, she offers a truly well-rounded understanding of the real estate process from start to finish.

Born and raised in East Texas, Lauren leads with hustle, heart, and a genuine care for the people she serves. As a wife and mom of three, she understands just how meaningful it is to find a place that truly feels like home.

Her work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients make her an incredible addition to our team. I have no doubt she’s going to do amazing things.

Welcome to the family, Lauren! We’re so lucky to have you! 💚🍋🥰
