What a week in Finale Ligure. 🇮🇹

Coaching at the Enduro World Championships, wearing the GB kit, is something I’ll never take for granted. To stand in that team and represent my country was a real honour.

And the results:

🌈 Helen – World Champion. The rainbow jersey. Years of graft, and she delivered when it mattered most. So proud of you. 🥺❤️❤️❤️

@kelangrant - 7th @tarppedh – 10th @gabrielsainthuile – 15th @urien_m – 18th @manu_warnet – 19th

Every one of those rides came from early mornings, hard sessions and the trust these riders put in the process. Top 20s at a World Championships don’t happen by accident. Thank you all everyone of my athletes 🫡❤️

Thank you to all my athletes for trusting me with your training. Watching you race at this level is why I do this. 🙌

Huge thanks to @britishcycling for the opportunity to represent my country and help support the team. Thanks too to everyone behind the scenes who made the week run.🤝🌈🌈🌈

Back to work. Next season starts now.

🌈🌍 WORLD CHAMPS WEEK! 🌍🌈

It’s time for the final dance of 2026! 🕺🔥

And what a damn good season it’s been!

Words will never quite do justice to this incredible group of athletes. But if I had to sum you all up in one word, it would simply be LEGENDS! ❤️

I owe so much to every single one of you. The trust, the loyalty, the laughs, the hard work and the memories we’ve made along the way mean more than you’ll ever know.

Both my family and I are incredibly grateful to you all. 🥺🤝

And I mean it when I say, I’m proud as punch! 👊❤️

But we’re not quite finished yet…

As Cap once said, “AVENGERS, ASSEMBLE!” 🛡️

Well, in our case… ATHLETES, ASSEMBLE! 😂🌈

We’ve got one final race, one final battle and one last opportunity to give it absolutely everything!

LET’S BLOODY HAVE IT!!! 🔥🔥🔥

🇮🇹 FINALE LIGURE, WE’RE COMING FOR YOU! 🌍🏁

Enduro’s most trusted coach. Now coaching you. 🤝

This season our riders took 5 World Cup podiums and 11 national titles. Every session they did was built on our own World Cup research, not guesswork.

Now we’re bringing that same coaching to everyday riders.

The Everyday Athlete Program → Conditioning, fitness and strength → Three evidence-based sessions a week → Built around work, family and real life

£5 a week. Launching 20th October.

This is how our pros train. 👇

Three key sessions a week, straight from the AO library:

01 Strength: full-body strength, a chassis integrity circuit and an aerobic finish. Built to keep you strong and stable on the bike.

02 Conditioning: power cleans and front squats, then a 16-minute AMRAP. Force production that holds up when you’re tired.

03 Fitness: 6 VO2 max reps of 2 minutes, plus 1 minute harder. Building the engine for long days and hard climbs.
The same structure our World Cup riders use, scaled for real life: work, family and everything else.

The Everyday Athlete Program Pro-level coaching. Everyday rider. From £5 a week. Launching 20th October.
