Today is a special day because it’s the day my journey began.

This year I’m celebrating a little differently, keeping my phone use to a minimum, and enjoying a peaceful setting after working 2/3rds of the day.. 🤣 Most importantly, I’m taking the time to thank God for everything he has allowed me to accomplish and for the countless blessings he has placed in my life. I’m grateful not only for where I am today, but also excited for where I’m headed.

This birthday is different than any I’ve celebrated over the past 20+ years. For the first time in a long time, I’m celebrating with a clear mind instead of tequila. I’m fully present, filled with gratitude, and focused on becoming the best version of myself. Today also marks 110 days without a sip of alcohol. I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Since making that change, every area of my life seems to have improved..my mindset, my health, my relationships, and my focus. I’m excited to continue building on that foundation.

Thank you to everyone who reached out with birthday wishes, love, and support. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. I’m incredibly fortunate to have such amazing people in my life.

Here’s to another year with Lauren & Elvis focusing on our growth, purpose, gratitude, and chasing big dreams.

Spring is in the air and it has us smiling and thinking about the Shore 🌊☀️
