When therapists gather, giving a space to their own thoughts without fear and judgement, there are warm conversations that feel relatable and learnings that inspire each other to keep contributing to the field. 💛

It was our first therapist meet-up, and there are many more to come.

Not every time you reach for your phone… you’re distracted.
Sometimes, you’re just tired, bored, or mentally full.
But breaks don’t always have to mean scrolling.🙅‍♀️

If you feel like taking a break in the middle of work, try this:
• Step away for 2 minutes (even from your chair)
• Stretch your body or take a few slow breaths
• Look away from the screen — let your eyes reset
• Sip water, wash your face, or just stand still for a moment
• Ask yourself: “Do I need rest… or just a reset?”

Small pauses like these don’t break your flow…
they actually help you come back with more clarity.🤌🤌

Consent begins long before it is questioned...
in the way we listen, in the way we allow voices to exist, for every gender, in every space.🤌🤌

Maybe change doesn’t start in courtrooms…but in everyday choices we make.💯💯

Grateful 🙌🙌for narratives like #chiraiya series by @divynidhisharma #trending on @jiohotstar

Sometimes it’s not “random", It’s just that your mind finally slowed down enough to feel what it has been holding.
We keep functioning, distracting, moving…until one quiet moment makes everything surface.🤌🤌

Nothing is wrong with you, but if this feeling keeps coming back, maybe it’s not something to ignore… it’s something to understand.🦋

If this resonates, take a pause. And if it feels overwhelming, you don’t have to sit with it alone 🤍🫂

Happiness is not constant.
And honestly… it’s not supposed to be.🤌

Some days it’s just okay.
Some days it’s getting through without falling apart.
And some days, it’s the smallest things we almost ignore.
We don’t always find happiness… sometimes we have to create it, by slowing down, by taking care of ourselves, by choosing to notice what’s still good. And maybe that’s enough.🤌🦋🫂

Because when you feel a little better, you show up a little softer… and that changes more than you realise. So today isn’t about forcing happiness, it’s just about allowing it, in whatever form it comes 🤍

This week (23 feb- 1 March) marks Eating Disorder Awareness Week!

A reminder that our relationship with food is often shaped by emotions, not just appetite. Body shaming has become so normalized that we rarely pause before commenting. What feels casual or harmless to one person can quietly deepen insecurity, guilt, and unhealthy coping patterns in another.
Emotional eating is not about lack of discipline. Sometimes it’s a response to stress, shame, or repeated criticism.

The impact of words can last far beyond the moment they are spoken. Awareness begins when we become mindful of that impact. Let’s choose empathy over commentary 🤌🤌
