We are often told to act and respond in the moment, but sometimes all we need is time to let our heads gain clarity and understanding. Maybe something deep inside of us already knows what the next step is. Trust in the power of time and that eventually everything will align accordingly. ✨ #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthadvocate

Self-care is not always about finding something to do, but even taking a break or staying present can help us find the balance we need and recharge us to get back on our feet. Have grace with yourself. Don't feel like you have to be active 24/7, it's okay to take a moment and if that means doing nothing, then that's all right. ✨🤍 #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthadvoate

We deserve to pursuit all our dreams and see it through. Don't be afraid to take on risks, even if it doesn't turn out the way we expect, what matter is that we tried. Be bold and know that if it's meant for you, it'll happen. You got this! ✨ #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthadvocate #mentalhealthawareness

Through the darkness, there is a light waiting for you that is filled with love and opportunities that we have yet to experience. Every season is a lesson that will help us prepare for what's next but also important for our growth. Keep going, reach out, and know that although it may not look like right now, there is a light at the end of the tunnel ✨ #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthadvocate

It is normal to think of what others expect of us for our lives if we have been conditioned that way, but know that this is the life that we are shaping and it should be one that feels right to you not what the world feels like it’s right for you. Trust your instinct. Trying is the only way we can find and understand ourselves and the lives we want for ourselves. ✨ #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthadvocate

It can be difficult to take care of oneself with everything going on in our lives, but just one moment can make a difference. Find a space whether seating down or in between tasks to take a breather to realigned with the present moment. Just as important as getting things done is taking care of oneself. ✨

During the month of October, we shine light on bringing awareness to Domestic Violence. It can happen to everyone. It's not as easy to recognize. It can exist behind smiles, relationships, and lives that appear "normal" from the outside. This is why it's important to provide the right resources and information for those going through it. You are worthy, not alone, and able to heal from what has happened to you 💜

What we feel today is not permanent and it doesn't mean that it is completely unnecessary as it can be for self-growth and finding who we are and what we want. Today's pain is the strength and tool for tomorrow. Be kind and gracious with yourself. ✨ #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthadvocate

Bravery does not come from being physically strong or not being scared but rather choosing to continue when what's next is unclear, when we have been struggling but continue to fight to see the other side. We may have not expected the things we would go through or yet to go through but never forget how brave you've been and are for taking a step at a time and living your truth. Continue to fight and be gracious with yourself when things get heavy. But don't ever forget of everything you've overcome and yet to overcome. ✨

Anxiety can make us feel many things to the point of exhaustion of worrying about the future or outcome. But remember that those are just feelings and not facts. Most of the time the outcome is smoother than what we thought about. Take time to reflect and remember what's real and controllable. ✨ #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthadvocate

No matter what place, position in life, we see ourselves in, it’s never too late to start again. Starting again does not mean we are late or behind in the race because no one can be behind in their own story. If starting again is needed to grow, to learn, do it. It’ll be all good, just remember to take what you need and have compassion as you rebuild yourself. #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthishealth #mentalhealthadvocate
