When you stand up to say NO MORE, what are you actually saying no more to?

No more victim-blaming.
No more minimizing.
No more “boys will be boys.”
No more “why didn’t she leave?”
No more protecting reputations over women’s safety.

These beliefs are rooted in patriarchy and misogyny—and they shift responsibility from the person who caused harm to the person who experienced it.

We can teach women to trust their instincts, set boundaries, and stop abandoning themselves to keep others comfortable.

Its time to change the culture that taught us to blame her in the first place.

Teach respect.
Demand accountability.
Challenge harmful language.
Speak up when something isn’t okay.

No more 🙌🏽
🌠Follow @iam_natashamoore for empowered healing.

P.s. healing you empower her 💕

Throwing back to a Throw Back
Baby’s first costar. Fun fact this was Law and Order SVUs 200th episode starring Robin Williams. I didn’t have a scene with him, but being in the same episode with such a legend will always be a highlight for me. Did you see this episode?

Hello again! Here's the secondary video I promised, which ties up the loose ends to this episode of "Quincy ME" titled: "Deadly Arena"!
BTW, I forgot to put in the synopsis of the previous INSTAGRAM POST, the fact I heard Detective Munch in an episode of "LAW & ORDER: SVU" tell another law enforcement official on the PHONE 📱 during an investigation: "See YOU IN 20"!
I guess it's a common unit of time law enforcement officials use when they have an important meeting! SAME for people in the Medical Field!
If you notice at the beginning of part one of many Batman episodes when the caped crusader & the Boy Wonder leave the batcave, they go by a fancy sign saying: "Gotham City 14 miles"!
I would imagine it would take them 20 minutes to go from the batcave to the Police 🚨 🚓 commissioner's office! 😉 😊 😇
The LAST person I tagged on this post played Alex Cabot ADA on the episode of "LAW & ORDER: SVU" involving Detective Munch & "Detective Fin"! It was a multiple murder case in which Alex Cabot had to go north of the border & appeal to the Canadian courts to bring the prisoner back to the USA by using "the Pat Ryan quarterback draw"! 🤔 telling the Canadian Courts he will not be tried for murder. BUT he is being tried for other felony crimes! The Canadian JUDGE granted the expedition papers!
The FOOTBALL 🏈 reference came from a Wild Card PLAYOFF game in December 1986 between the New York Jets & the Kansas City Chiefs. The Jets were facing a 4th DOWN & 6 WHEN Pat Ryan called the play & gained 25 yards!
