An unforgettable birthday weekend in Detroit with my dad and my boys! Thank you for the incredibly generous hospitality from Tigers and RedWings owner Mike Ilitch who made this a trip to remember!
The ultimate highlight was witnessing history at Comerica Park. Watching Justin Verlander pitch for the final time and seeing that deeply emotional embrace with his daughter on the mound is a moment we’ll be talking about for the rest of our lives! @tigers @detroitredwings @mlb

Happy 20th birthday, Ava! I can’t believe how fast the years have flown by. Watching you grow into the incredible person you are today has been the absolute greatest joy, and I am so deeply proud of you. Here’s to 20! ❤️🎉🐊

This is a special one for me - been with @lawcope since he was 10 years old. He had to battle some adversity with several nagging injuries, never got down and just kept working. Lawson is a very physical 6’2 RHP that is very projectable and will continue to advance his craft! Congratulations on your commitment to @nyubaseball.

⚾️ Summer work. TrackMan numbers. Next-level development.

2027 RHP Lawson Copeland continues to put in the work with pitching coach Ryan Morris at OVERTIME ATHLETIC CLUB in Rock Hill and we’re excited about what we’re seeing. Standing around 6’2” with an athletic frame and significant projection remaining, Lawson has already shown the ability to generate quality velocity and downhill plane from the mound, making him an intriguing arm to watch as he continues to mature.

This week, the TrackMan numbers turned some heads. 👀 The data confirmed what we’ve been seeing in person—Lawson is trending in the right direction and continuing to build the foundation necessary to compete at the next level. Now it’s about stacking quality reps, refining movement patterns, and maximizing his potential one bullpen at a time.

The exciting part? He’s just getting started.

We’re looking forward to seeing Lawson continue his development this summer through The Baseball Mechanic Summer Program, where he’ll have access to elite coaching, technology-driven feedback, strength training, and the resources needed to accelerate his growth.

📈 Velocity.
🎯 Command.
💪 Strength.
⚾ Development.

Big things ahead for Lawson Copeland, and we’re excited to be part of the journey.

There’s a difference between training… and training with an advantage.

At OVERTIME ATHLETIC CLUB, we don’t just build athletes—we develop the complete athlete.

Strength. Speed. Agility.
Elite recovery.
Sports-specific instruction.

All under one roof. All working together.

Because real performance doesn’t come from one piece of the puzzle… it comes from total athlete development.

This is where athletes come to get faster, stronger, and more prepared than the competition.

This is your edge. ⚡️

Train. Recover. Perform Elite.
