➡️➡️ Really looking forward to getting back to Hudson National this year. HN has long been one of my favorite Tom Fazio designs, and last year, a team led by Tom Marzolf, Rick Phelps & Jeff Lawrence rebuilt all 18 greens to USGA spec (including several that were moved and/or reshaped), redid all of the bunkering and regressed all of the fairways. Can’t wait to see it.

By request, a set from Hudson National Golf Club, a 1996 Tom Fazio design perched high above the Hudson River.

Huddy just got an all-new set of @USGA-spec greens, new bunkers, new grass on the fairways and a new irrigation system and reopens this spring. I’m very much looking forward to seeing it.

The mind behind our new design: Jeff Lawrence -

President/Principal Architect of Lawrence Golf Design.

Jeff and his team have designed golf courses all over the world - from Abu Dhabi to India to the states and everywhere in between.

We are thrilled with the design! Very excited to execute that vision and provide an amazing experience for all our golfers.

While working for Gary Player Design, Jeff Lawrence (@lawrencegolfdesign) helped create The Cliffs at Mountain Park, which he calls, “a creative, member-friendly golf experience based on the demographics of the membership. We introduced generous fairway widths, gently contoured greens, and reasonable yardages for all skill levels.”

Sizzlin' Short Courses ⛳ photo: @BrianOar⁣

Across the street from where Phily-Mick shot 61 yesterday 😱 is the epic 13 Hole, all Par 3's, walking only Gary Player designed Mountain Top @golfbigcedar . This one is definitely one of the coolest short courses in the world, with no defined tee boxes, fast firm conditions, roller-coaster like walking bridges and otherworldly rock outcroppings throughout the course. This shorty is as fun as golf gets, my friends at @golftripexperts and @mobilegolfer did a great story on short courses you should read head over to their page. 😍⁣
