POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

CIPHE Technical Manager, Jerry Whiteley, and Marketing Manager, Alanna Impey, spent the day at Lawton Tubes with CIPHE ambassadors Daisy Turner and Ruben Duggan for a filming day supporting our interactive 3D learning model created for Lawton Tubes.

The videos will be linked to interactive click points within the models, helping bring practical plumbing skills to life and support learning through clear, step-by-step demonstrations.

We also took a break from filming to enjoy a fantastic tour of the Lawton Tubes factory. It was fascinating to see the processes involved in producing the copper tubes we see on the shelves, from the early stages of production through to the finished product!

A huge thank you to Rob Lawton and the team for their hospitality and for taking the time to show us around.

Building strong relationships with our Industry Associate members is so important to CIPHE. Days like this give us the opportunity to work together, share expertise and develop useful resources that support education and the wider plumbing and heating industry.

🔧🔥 THE BOSS IS BACK — AND IT'S FULL STEAM AHEAD AT GDPH! 💧

After a well-earned holiday, Gary's officially back on site! ☀️😂

And what better way to welcome him back than throwing him straight into our ongoing Norton redevelopment project! 💪

🏗️ TODAY'S PROGRESS:
✅ Another flat successfully first-fixed using @johnguest_uk as per spec
✅ Further progress on 9 individual water mains
✅ @lawtontubes Copper pipework installed throughout for gas & water runs
✅ Neat, secure pipe runs and supports using @walraven_uk & @talon.uk
✅ Working through the next stages of the redevelopment

With the copper first fix progressing nicely, lagging and water testing will follow once the ceiling works are in place.

It's great having both of us back on the tools, pushing the project forward together.

Although I must admit… it was peaceful while the boss was away! 🤣👀

There's still plenty to do, but we're proud of the progress and the standard of workmanship going into this project.

Simple but a question that’s asked a lot. We all know I lm a massive advocate of hard piping in copper but it’s about horses for courses and pre insulated MLCP certainly has its place. #plumber #heatingengineer #pipework #copper

Just waiting on the MVHR arrive and the insulation for the ground floor so we can lay the underfloor downstairs and get the plant room laid out
