Amalfi was everything 🩵🍋🍸🍨🛳️ We want to return to this gorgeous place and stay in Amalfi!! There’s the cutest pier with ferry’s to take you to each separate island that run back and forth daily and that is exactly what we hope to do one day ⛱️🥂

80’s Night on the ship was so much fun!! I regret not taking more photos in general on this trip, but most of all not taking very many when we were on the ship 🛳️ We heard it’ll be coming to a port in Florida in a few months though and a short cruise will be booked! Celebrity is NOT the boring cruise line everyone told us it is by any means, and that could be because of the group of 13 we had with us, but the Ascent was stunning and the crew was amazing!

Dubrovnik, Croatia was one of my favorite places 🫶🏼 Who gets to drink espresso martinis in a cave? They are my people! The water was stunning!

The perfect 4. What once started as dreams and goals became reality.
To say I loved every moment of living, learning, and battling in the Seahawk jersey alongside brothers for life would still be an understatement. Over the last 15 years, this game has given me more than I ever could have imagined memories, lessons, relationships, experiences, and a purpose far greater than myself. The list could go on forever!
While the days of lacing up the cleats may be coming to an end, the medicine game will always be a huge part of who I am. I can’t imagine a day where in some capacity I’m not involved in some way with this special game. I’m excited for what’s next, but forever grateful to this program, this university, and every person who helped make this journey so special. You couldn’t write the script better - Forever indebted. Forever family. And forever, every beach in the FL is ours.
#45 out… but we ain’t fucking leaving - Grateful ❤️

Thank you, lacrosse, for making me the man I am today. Thank you to the people who supported me, coached me, believed in me, and played alongside me. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined a more perfect way to round out 12 years of the sport I love. I knew this day would come eventually, and it breaks my heart to write this, but it’s hard to be sad when you’re a 4-time natty champ.
