Sisterhood, ob sunsets, cacti blooms, quality time with my cheeseball dad, visits from my brother and sister in law, river walks, Sage couch snuggles, La Luna, more ob sunsets, pride 🏳️‍🌈, Leo, yet another ob sunset, that dive bar that shall not be named, Arc de Soleil, weekly classes at Valkyrie, soul sister, reminders of what’s important, Sage, nature showing off, and more Sage.
Simple moments in between but the moments that have made my heart sing.

Moments of spring🪻🌸🌷💐🌼

As the flowers bloom and natures comes back alive again, so do I. I feel myself slowly opening back up to the sunshine, the dew and mist that nurtures and makes me feel alive. I’m reminded that even after the darkness of winter, we become new again.

This season was full of goodbyes, tears of joy and sadness, and a few endings. It was also full of new beginnings, a few dancefloor boogies, new connections, lots of sunsets, and intentional moments with those I love. It was also a reminder of the importance of presence and the power of now — a lesson that I continue to come back to through time and time again.

Here’s to savoring all the seasons and phases of our lives and to being so present within each now moment that we can feel ourselves come alive with the emotions that fill us and the beauty around us.

Seasonal life dump, Fall edition 🍂 A few highlights were graduating from the breathwork facilitator training at @valkyrieyogasd, attending @yoonfest, adventures out on Mount Laguna with my sweet Sage, quality time with family and friends, and lots of sunrises and sunsets. Grateful would be an understatement 🥰🙏🏻🪽💗✨

The Jewels 💎 are back with a choreographed routine to properly introduce themselves and show you how absurdly cute and smart they are!
Which one will you foster or adopt?! 🤔
We rescued their Mama Opal off the euth list at a high kill shelter and they didn’t mention she was pregnant so we rescued 8, not 1 dog! 😱
Apps are @giselles_legacy and please share!!
(Onyx and Jasper are males and the rest little ladies)
