#MAEDINHEAVEN: The After Party Recap. When a couple who prioritise intentionality in love throw a wedding, every detail tells you exactly who they are. The first thing guests noticed as dignitaries and Gen-Z alike flooded into Harbour Point for #Maedinheaven is that the couple are well loved. You see, when a couple prioritise intentionality, no matter how private they are as individuals, their well-wishers will troop out in the thousands. People from all walks of their lives, gathered for one of the most anticipated days on the 2026 social calendar – friends of friends, former colleagues, and even vendors they’ve met and bonded with on the journey to the big day.

Nowhere is the couple’s intentionality clearer than in their curated after-party souvenirs. “It’s such an important, integral part of our wedding, because it’s quite personal. We’ve been really intentional about creating it,” Maya shares. A staple of the Nigerian wedding experience, the #Maedinheaven souvenirs are that much more special because they mark the launch of Maya’s gift-giving concierge, Laya Moments – co-founded with her close friend, Lamide Oloko.

Asika Paradiso, as they have dubbed their after-party, heavily leans into that theme.
