First time in San Fran and it won't be the last. To say I enjoyed my time at the @nfl Super Bowl week would be an understatement. I guess thirds time is the charm because this was my 3rd Super Bowl in a row and easily the best experience I've ever had. From chillen to @lahjay10_ at our snickers booth to attending my first Pro Bowl to meeting my favorite Cowboys player @cee2x___ to attending my first Super Bowl game....It felt unreal...There were times I got emotional because me and my father always talked about making it a Super Bowl one day and for it to be the 60th it was special. POPS WE MADE IT! I felt you watching it right next to me! I am so blessed to be able to bring my Wife and Mother with me on my adventures. S/o to @assistmarketing for giving me the opportunity to represent them at one of the biggest sporting event of the year! Congrats to the @seahawks on their second Chip. @sofistadium well see you for the next one! #WorkLifeIsTheGoodLife

365 days ago 5 puppies were born. Sheila Crocker and Jhared Crocker received Bronnie and @laydee_look and I took Brandie. Both of their names are in honor of my father Patterson Crocker. I had no intention of getting a dog in NY but God had other plans. We needed the puppies to get through an extremely tough time and will continue to brighten our days 💙 Happy Birthday Doggos!!!

365 days ago my life and the lives of my Family was changed forever.... My father Patterson Crocker was called home to be with the Lord on Jan 7th 2024. Since then we have had to band together to keep his legacy and spirit alive with us everyday. Ive never experienced depression until that day and didn't know how to move. I just knew I had to step up to be the best "Don" I could. I felt a shift in my energy that told me everything will be ok and a strength that keeps me going everyday to live for my family and Crock. Please keep us in your prayers but you better not pity us for one second because Crock said "No Pity Parties" lol We love you and Miss you Forever Dad 💙 #TeamCRock

You're telling me it's been 3 years since one of the happiest days of my life! Feels like yesterday when we were getting the sand out of our shoes lol. Finally! Lol I Finally get to see where the other side of my families homeland. Growing up the DMV was and still is my second home. Now I can say I've been in the homeland of the Crocker side... Lumpkin Georgia! My father has told me so many stories about his childhood so this trip really meant alot to me...It was quick trip but an amazing time with my CT Family and my down south family! "Strong fathers build strong families"....That statement couldn't be more true. One of the strongest men I've ever met and couldn't have asked for a better Father, Leader, Provider, Friend and mentor. This being the first fathers day without you physically is extremely hard in itself but you prepared me for the world for when this day would come. Thank you for the true definition of a father and not just a "Dad". Thank you giving me an amazing mother and amazing brother.
