This isn’t just a drink; it’s another way we’re carrying her memory into a day centered on awareness, strength, and community.

🎈 Following class, we’ll have a balloon release honoring those we’ve lost, those still fighting, and those who have overcome breast cancer and domestic violence.

And this event goes beyond the workout — proceeds from ticket sales will go toward supporting survivors impacted by domestic violence and breast cancer. 🤍

What an Experience 🧡🤍💙

A huge thank you to @drnicolam and the entire @girlswhobrunchtour for welcoming me into such a beautiful and impactful space where young ladies can feel seen, heard, encouraged, and empowered!

It was truly an honor to pour into these beautiful young ladies through fitness, share a piece of my story about losing both of my parents, and remind them that no matter what life brings, they can continue to build through every layer of life.

Of course, we had to bring in one of my favorite activities, our compliment session! Reminding these young ladies of the importance of speaking life into themselves AND one another. 🫶🏽

Hearing the stories of the other panelists was just as inspiring. So many powerful women, different journeys, and so much wisdom shared in one space!

It was also such an honor to meet Dr. Ni’cola and witness firsthand what she continues to build, not just across the country, but internationally. The impact is REAL!

Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and allowing me to bring another layer of wellness into it.

Thank you to everybody who came out, from my city and everyone who traveled in from out of town. The energy in both rooms was everything! We worked, laughed, showed love, and BUILT another layer together. 🧡🤍💙

And I already know everybody’s favorite part was getting to throw the balls at me at the end and get a little revenge back 😂😂

I hope y’all enjoyed the fastest surgeon in the city because I gave everybody a six-pack in 45 minutes! 😂🔥

It was also special bringing this energy back to @wefitdc , a space I’m proud to still be part of and where Ebony Fit first started for me. Full-circle moments always hit different.
