Meet the heart of our front desk: Layla.

She's the first face you see when you walk through our doors, and she has a way of making every single person feel instantly welcomed and cared for. Patients, teammates — it doesn't matter who you are; Layla makes you feel like you matter.

Her birthday is this Saturday, so we're kicking off the celebration a day early. Layla, we hope you have the most fabulous birthday weekend. You spend so much of your time making sure everyone else feels loved. Today, we get to give some of that back to you.

Happy birthday, Layla! We love you so much 🥰🫶

Happy birthday to Haley — our leader, our nurse practitioner, and the reason this practice exists.

Swipe through for what our team had to say, plus a few clips of Haley being... well, Haley.

She’s spent 20 years quietly shaping the standard for what medical aesthetics should be. She trains injectors across the country, builds trust with every patient she sees, and leads this team with a grace that’s hard to find.

The bar she sets for clinical work, care, and character is the bar we all strive for each and every day.
We’re so lucky to call her ours.

Help us celebrate her today! Show Haley some love in the comments. 🤍

These are the faces behind The Look Aesthetics. 🫶
The little girls who dreamed big. The ones who planned elaborate tea parties, answered pretend phones, and probably gave their dolls questionable haircuts.
Now? They’re the team you trust with your skin, your confidence, and your glow.

We’re celebrating 9 years of building this business, and we’d love to see you there:

Once a year, we close the clinic for a day to come together as a team — to reconnect, reflect, and realign on how we want to move forward.

Behind every treatment, every event, and every result you see is a team deeply invested in education, growth, and doing things the right way.

As we head into an exciting season ahead, this is the foundation we stand on and the heart behind everything we do. 💛

Behind every treatment, every recommendation, and every result, there’s a team.

Once a year, we pause to reconnect, reflect, and realign on what matters most: our people and the patients we serve.

This retreat wasn’t about stepping away from the work; it was about strengthening the foundation so we can show up better in the year ahead. As we head into an exciting season of education and new offerings, this day grounded us in who we are and why we do what we do.

We’re grateful to grow, evolve, and care — together. 💛
