Being able to coach the 14u Girls Grey Team at the USA National Select Bowl was a blessing! Having the opportunity to create a rapport and game plan with athletes from the east coast in just 4 days was electric! To my 14u Grey Team athletes, I know we came up one game short of gold and earned silver, but best believe your future is bright and the sky is the limit! Stay Resilient and continue to be Relentless 😤

Had an amazing experience at the @usa_football select bowl, made friendships and had the chance to play with some of the best girls in the northeast. Came short in the chip by a touchdown but still proud of this team

#From Mind To Spiral

Come join us on Tuesday nights and weekend mornings to learn the process. Learn the fundamentals and dynamics of playing QB, while also understanding the game and how to anticipate throws. Don’t read a defense understand what their weaknesses are and exploit them with routes and concepts that work.

Passing Academy Practice 2 Session 3. QBs worked the smash and curl flat concepts adjusting their drop footwork to the coverage and D&D situation. WR learned how they can sight adjust their routes based on the coverage to get themselves in a better position to make a play. We are working on anticipating routes and knowing where to go with the ball instead of reading the defense and being reactive. #QBIQ #KNOWTHEGAME #mindtospiral
