Looking for a road group ride in Cape Town but have no idea where to start? I’ve got you 🚴🏼‍♀️👇🏼

I get DMs almost daily weekly where to find group road rides in different parts of Cape Town… so I had to put them all in one post 🤭

Save this for your next ride and send it to someone looking for a cycling community! 🫶🏼

In my next post I’ll share some off-road groups 👀🚵‍♀️

Please remember: ride details are always changing, so check the club’s latest update before joining. And if I’ve missed your favourite group, tag them below! 👇🏼

September(ish) photo dump. Life has flipped to overdrive and overwhelm mode again. There is never enough time.

But it’s good momentum, and there is growth that I am so proud of. Plus there are spring flowers, and early sunrises, Murph walks, bike rides, meals shared, and all the good things too.

The sun will rise tomorrow even if everything doesn’t get done perfectly. One step at a time🧘‍♀️

First week back in Cape Town 👌

Two years away, but Cape Town has a way of immediately grounding you the second you’re back. First week home has been pure magic—reconnecting with friends, coffee stops at Noordhoek Farm Village (complete with local visitors! 🐴), delicious food, endless ocean views, and a super special dolphin sighting in Hout Bay this morning before some Chappies intervals. Slowly settling in, but this week was perfection. 🌊🚴‍♀️

The magnitude
Of these moments
To measure them
Is not possible
They are not from now
Or from here
They did not begin and
they will not end
To caption them in these frames
Is to hold them in these spaces
They are more
They are heavy with time

These beautiful friends.
