recruitment 2026!!! 💐🌞🧑‍🩰🫶
recruitment has always held a special place in my heart— ‘24 taught me confidence, ‘25 taught me how to be a strong leader, and ‘26 reminded me what a blessing it is to have so many people to miss. TYJ for all the beautiful women in my life, LITB forever.

Meet the Rho Gams: Layne 🥥 ———

“My name is Layne Sproston, my major is Business Administration and I’m currently a Junior! I love to hangout with my friends, go hiking, shopping, go get 7 brew, fly, skydive, craft, and anything adventurous!

I decided to be a Rho Gamma because I wanted to help guide and mentor the ladies that will be going through recruitment! I want to be there for them through the whole process. I want to help them find their forever home and life long friendships, like I have through the process. I’m so excited to meet these amazing ladies and help them find their forever home!“
