🥋 ADVANCED PARKOUR VS BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU! 🏆

Went down to show the lads a thing or two.

They clearly weren’t expecting an athlete of my calibre to walk through the door.

Didn’t want to embarrass anyone on their own mats, but sometimes you’ve just got to let your talent do the talking.

💪 Think you’ve got what it takes to train at my level?

I’m putting together a group session covering my Advanced Parkour techniques, with a bit of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu thrown in.

👇 Comment ‘BJJ’ if you or your mates want to train at a high level.

It’s not a hobby. It’s a lifestyle. 🏆

Big thanks to - @lazyleopardbjj

I found the best niche sport in Chiang Mai.

This summer, my two 5-year-old twin boys have been learning Brazilian jiu-jitsu, sticking with five classes a week and even growing to love it more and more.

From the very first lesson, they’ve been paired up to spar with each other, the coaches are incredibly patient, and they design game segments to keep the kids engaged. The class has plenty of both boys and girls, and every child seems so confident.

I highly recommend this sport for anyone, kids or adults, it helps ease internal stress, encourages the brain to stay sharp under pressure, and builds fearlessness toward conflict.

As someone working in AI, I also noticed that the app this gym uses isn’t very user-friendly, so I chatted with the gym owner to see if my team Starchild could help out. In the future, I plan to talk with more people from all walks of life about their experiences running businesses, this content is such a joy to create!

Taken plenty Ls this year but it’s good to be back competing again. Thought I was done after the surgery but I’m a huge fan of self destructive behavior.

Thank you for everyone who’s been supporting me through the good and bad times. I’ll back at it in 2027. Going to take the rest of the year to sharpen up my grappling and clean my ears out so @alexanderbranom can live a long and happy life.

Also big thank you to @firecagexr for having me on their show for my mma debut. Let’s get a few more next year!
