I can’t believe it’s over. I love everyone on my team I couldn’t possibly ask for a better team but they aren’t just my teammates they are my family and I love every single one of them to death. When I first moved here I didn’t even think of playing soccer and throughout all of my years everyone has helped me in every way to get better and it has brought me so many friends. I will miss everything about this sport and I can’t wait to see how they preform next year. #00 out

One loss doesn’t erase everything we proved. This chapter hurt, but it’s not the ending..

After taking off the HB jersey for the last time, I have been faced with the fact that the hour-glass has ran out of sand. Although it is the hardest goodbye of my life, I am still left with the memories and forever friendships that playing HB soccer has given me. I want to thank all the friends, family, coaches, and teammates that have helped me get to this point and shaped me into the man and player that I am today. I would also like to say that I would not trade a single second of being with my team for anything, and even though soccer is not over for me, I understand that I will never have the same soccer family that I have had up to this point and I am very blessed to have spent this chapter of my life with such amazing teammates. Wearing the number five jersey for the past five years has truly been the best thing to ever happen to me. To the people of Hokes Bluff, thank you for supporting my teammates and I on this journey, I hope you all know I wore my jersey with pride and gave every practice, game, etc my all and it has been a true honor to wear green and white. Lastly, to the players that come after me, I would like to say how excited I am for all of your futures as I know you will all do great things and take this program way farther than I ever could have. Always remember to love your teammates like your brothers, represent your school with dignity, and cherish every single moment because if you don’t, you will surely wish you had. What a wonderful ride it has been, Thank you all. 💚🦅 #5out

P.s. enjoy the trip down memory lane :)

I’ve spent the last few years with some of the best people I’ve ever met-teammates who turned into brothers. We’ve been through wins, losses, injuries, long practices, and all the highs and lows. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Love you boys-thanks for making this something I'll never forget.
