POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Saturday was a full day of movement, sound, creating and connection.

We started with The Garden Within at @zayayogacc with movement guided by @salty_mermaid_361 @salty_mermaid_yoga , crystal singing bowls, reflection and creating our own lavender and rosemary herbal mists.

Then we headed to @thelivelymarket for Tai Chi with @lbaileyc , followed by yoga and sound meditation with me @lulustudio.cc .

Two different experiences, one very full Saturday, and so much gratitude for everyone who shared part of the day with us.

I love getting to create experiences that bring people together.

You deal with enough stress in your day-to-day life. Your massage doesn’t need to be another place where you feel like you have to be “on.”

If you want a quiet appointment, all you have to say is, “ I think I might fall asleep today” and I’ll know what you mean 😉
Or if you want to chat the whole time, or somewhere in between, I’m here for that too.

Every client is different, and I’m pretty good at reading the room. This is your time to recharge, reset and just be however you need to be that day.

Barefoot Bodyworks is proud to be an official partner of this year’s Fall Into Water Safety: Coastal Bend Water Safety Celebration Week!

Taking place September 14-20, this incredible initiative is being brought to life by Safe & Strong Swim Academy to bring awareness to the importance of water safety in our community.

As a business here in the Coastal Bend, I’ve always believed in the importance of knowing how to swim and feeling confident around the water. We’re surrounded by it, so water safety is something that affects all of us.

I’m excited to be part of an initiative that helps keep our community safer.

If you want to be a part of the Water Safety Celebration Week, message @safeandstrongswimacademy to learn how you can get involved.

Happy National Dog day to Staci, our part time pawshiastu therapist. She works hard & keeps our clients happy. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without her. ❤️🐾

Special shoutout to Mister, our intern who occasionally steps in.
