A strong core is about more than six-pack abs.
.
Your core is the foundation for nearly every movement you perform—whether you’re lifting, running, playing sports, or simply moving through daily life. Building strength and stability through your trunk improves performance, enhances balance, and helps reduce the risk of injury.
.
Here are five of our favorite core exercises:
.
🔹 Deadbug – Our go-to core exercise. Develops deep core stability while teaching you to resist unwanted movement. A true “biggest bang for your buck” exercise.
.
🔹 Prone Bridge (Plank) – Strengthens the entire core by challenging your ability to maintain a strong, neutral spine under tension.
.
🔹 Side Plank – Builds lateral core strength and hip stability. Progressions on the knees, feet, or with dynamic movements make it effective for every fitness level.
.
🔹 Hollow Toe Touches – A challenging exercise that develops anterior core strength, body control, and endurance while maintaining proper spinal position.
.
🔹 Russian Twists – Trains rotational core strength and control, helping improve stability during athletic movements and everyday activities.
.
Remember—quality beats quantity. Focus on controlled movement, proper positioning, and consistent effort to build a stronger, more resilient core.

GOOD MORNING FAM😂

Faith is trusting that God is working—even when you can’t see the outcome. Sometimes the hardest part is waiting, but remember, God does His best work in the unseen. What you’re praying for is not forgotten. Stay faithful, stay planted, and stay expectant.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7
You’re not behind. You’re right on time. God is building something in you that’s bigger than what you asked for.

Keep pressing forward. Today might be the day it all shifts.
