A little marriage tip for the guys- when you go out of town, leave beautiful flowers like this for your wife. Everytime she looks at them, she will feel extremely loved.

I am so proud to post this picture of my sweet husband. I remember when the picture on the left was taken, I was scared. Scared that because of my husband‘s health, that he would die way too early. I was worried about heart disease, prediabetes, high blood pressure and on a lower scale the snoring that was just a step away from sleep apnea.

I’m so thankful that that is not his story today. Overall he’s lost 70 pounds but he’ll tell you the biggest change is his outlook on life.

One of our greatest passions now is to help other people experience a new health story as well. We are ready to help you!
