Join us for First Sundays at Alchemy, a gathering of local artists, musicians, and facilitators bringing together art, movement, music, and community.

This month, The Art of Appreciation is an invitation to slow down, return to the senses, and remember the quiet beauty of being alive.

Make a day of it with access to our outdoor Sauna Garden with communal sauna, cold plunges, thermal benches, herbal tea, and firelight.

Tickets can be purchased through the link in our bio.

In Episode 4 of The Embodied Masculine, I sit down with Laura Brunow (@lbm), a reiki healer, designer, community builder, and proud ally to men.

I first met Laura at Seekers Circle, an event she co-leads at Alchemy Springs in San Francisco.

Laura offers a perspective rarely heard in discussions about masculinity: that of a woman who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of men and wants to understand how we can support one another better.

We explore modern dating, social media, and how to address the growing divide between men and women.

Part of the vision for this project has been to explore masculinity not just through the voices of men, but through dialogue with the women who walk alongside us. Laura felt like the perfect first guest to help open that conversation.

Thank you, Laura!

Magic unfolds every day… but when we track it, we see patterns. March 11th holds so many: the day I became a Reiki Master… moments with my beloved Maria… and magical times with my daughter. Each March 11th reminds me: life’s miracles love a good echo.

LOVE is the answer. To build a just, united world, we must love ourselves first because insecurity breeds blame. With Pluto in Aquarius, we’re transforming how we care for each other. We are only as strong as our collective..which is ALL of us. No more top-down control, we can only stop injustice TOGETHER. When we stand as sovereign beings, loving ourselves and each other, we RISE!

Life has a way of unfolding, unraveling, and breaking us open in the most unexpected ways.

Grateful for my sisters who have carried me with your words, support, presence, inspiration and deep understanding.

I love you infinitely ❤️ So grateful for each of you.

There are so many connections I could share, but here are just a few of the recent captured moments.

We’re in The New York Times!

Alchemy Springs was named one of “6 Restorative Water Getaways” — highlighting our blend of sauna, cold plunge, and community right here in San Francisco. 🙌🔥❄️

Grateful to our incredible team, volunteers, and members who made this vision real....and we’re just getting started. 🌱

I always leave this place feeling nourished and with at least one soul to soul conversation. ✨

Not once have I heard anyone talk about Tahoe, or the Warriors game.

Not that there’s anything wrong with Tahoe or the Warriors. I’ve just come to associate those topics with Bay Area small talk and have a minor trauma response to them. 🤏🏽😂

And our time here is too precious for small talk. 💫

I believe in @alchemy_springs’ vision and mission to create a sanctuary for genuine community and meaningful connections so much I became an investor.

I know. Who dis. How grownup and sophisticated of me. 🤓⭐️

Thank you @lbm for hosting a lovely evening sauna garden party, and for being the amazing alchemizer that you are. 💫🫶🏽

Anyone want to come sauna, cold plunge, and bask on heated benches by the fire with me, I have guest passes! 💦✨

As long as you don’t mention Tahoe or the Warriors. 😂😘
