We had a productive week of Jumping & Eventing @tryon_international! 👑 Sale horse Fernhill Dancing Queen impressed us as always, not only jumping clear rounds at 1.10 & 1.15, but also being so pleasant to be around the whole week. She stood quietly at the ring waiting her turn, hacked around like she was at home, and was not phased at all by the big atmosphere. Check out the website (linked in bio) for details on this very special girl. 💅🏼Paige Drury’s Fernhill 13 & Gracie Montgomery’s Fernhill Patrón both jumped well in the 1.10 classes, earning some competitive placings, and preparing for bigger things to come! 👯‍♀️Lauren Brooks & Anna Scoggins had a great week jumping their own horses (Fernhill Focus Maxi & Fernhill Dynamik), and also kept Julie’s horses on schedule & turned out beautifully all week. 🦄 Not only did 13yo Livy Chambers jump some awesome rounds with Fernhill Destiny, including the pair’s first 1.10 class together, she also completed her 2nd FEI 1* with Fernhill Stateside. She and “George” had an impressive double clear SJ round. ⭐️ Sallie Johnson & Ado Rock (Fernhill DiCaprio) had a successful weekend in the FEI 3*-S and are now qualified for their first 3*-L in the fall.

📢JOB OPENING📢 Sadly 2 of our amazing working students are off to college in the fall, which means we have openings for new people to join the team! ➡️Reasonable hours (usually 7:30AM-4PM) ➡️Reasonable pay ➡️Opportunity to bring your own horse ➡️On site housing available This position includes a little bit of everything - riding, grooming, cleaning tack, some stall cleaning, etc. You will have the opportunity to learn the ins & outs of a busy barn with upper level eventing & show jumping horses, and a big sales program. We regularly go XC schooling, go to recognized jumper shows & horse trials, and host clinics at the farm, so there are always plenty of opportunities to learn & improve. Candidate must have a good attitude & work well with others. We usually have around 35 horses & expect a very high standard of care. The ideal candidate would be 18+ with experience at Novice or above, but flexible for the right person. Must be ready to start August 1st, but can start sooner if they want to! The farm is located 8 mins from Downtown Newnan, so very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Great location just south of Atlanta that is 30 mins away from Chatt Hills, 1 hour away from Poplar Place, and 3 hours away from Aiken. Text Sallie at (334) 467-2200 or email SEJ0020@auburn.edu for more information.

Pine Top Highlights It was great to be back out at the beautiful Pine Top Farm last weekend. Pine Top traditionally has super XC courses that reward forward riding, and this weekend was no different. While we didn’t pick the warmest week to go to Florida, we still enjoyed our time in Ocala! The week started with Fernhill Like That & Things to Ponder jumping at HITS. Draco jumped in the 6yo (1.20m) classes, and Ponder jumped in the 1.30 classes. Both jumped well with scope to keep going. Then we went to Rocking Horse over the weekend with the event horses. It was a great first event of the season for everyone, and we’re especially proud of Darcy Drury who won her Prelim division with Ardeo Illusion🥇 📸: @cldrury

What a week!! So happy with Panda and how much he grew up this weekend despite such an odd ending for my first time falling in competition. Our dressage came together and we were able to really show off our work to score a 28.3! Then we had a super fun and steady xc run where I didn’t give Panda a good ride to a spooky fence but he went for me anyways. Finally, we had the best show jump warm up to date where we both were at our best. I unfortunately walked the wrong line beforehand and Panda could only get me out of my mistakes safely so many times despite him jumping out of his skin. Shoutout to Area III for pushing through a lot of adversity and to the 3, 5, and 7 team for making it possible for us to run a victory gallop💕 VC: @eventing.my.bay @thoronmyside @neve_eventing PC: @usefeventing Thanks to @cmr.eventing for helping me rediscover this song
