My morning routine 🩵🤘🏽

There’s nothing better than getting out for a good walk to start my day, although these darker Scottish mornings are definitely going to put that to the test 🌧️ 🌥️ 💨

One thing that will definitely be staying in my morning routine is my @elavatesuperfoods collagen 🫶🏽

I’ve tried a few different collagens over the years, but if I’m honest, the taste and texture just weren’t for me. Elavate has been a bit of a godsend
I love the vanilla — it’s sweet, but not too sweet — and I simply add one scoop to my morning protein shake 💪🏽 🤍🩵

I’m loving the benefits, but for me it’s all about consistency 💯
If something is easy to fit into your routine and you actually enjoy it, Yiur much more likely to stick with it 🤘🏽🩵

If you fancy giving Elavate a try 🙏🏽

Birthday week 💖

Feeling very grateful for another year, and even more grateful for the people I get to share it with 🩷

Kept it low key, just the way I wanted surrounded by my nearest and dearest, making memories, laughing, eating, drinking, climbing, horse riding and enjoying every little moment 🥂🐴🧗🏽‍♀️🤩

Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday week 🫶🏽

A wee proud moment 🖤🩷🫶🏽

NB Fitness with Nicole Bryce is now on the wall at @ape.trainingsystems 🖤

And honestly, that means a lot 🫶🏽

It represents years of training, learning, coaching, building a business, figuring things out as I go and navigating some incredibly difficult times along the way 🙏🏽 but still continuing to show up and do what I love 🫶🏽

I’m not the same woman I was a few years ago 🩷 physically, mentally or emotionally. And I’m definitely not where I thought I would be!

But I’m still here 💯

Still training 💪🏽
Still learning 🧠
Still coaching 🏋🏽‍♀️
Still building 🧱
Still showing up 💯

And I’m bloody proud of that.

I’m also so proud of the women I get to coach and support and the community we’re building together. 🩷

The journey continues… 🐝
The Goal Is Forever 🖤🩷
