POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This past Friday we were able to go and celebrate Jackson completing lineman school. So thankful for the coaches and mentors throughout his life that instilled a work ethic and mental toughness.

These past 11 weeks have not been easy on Jackson. From one frustration after another to barely surviving to absolutely thriving. We are very blessed to have found @elitelinemaninstitute . The instructors there teach character development first and foremost then they teach the skills needed to do what it will take to be hired as a lineman.

Jackson also made some great friends who continued to sow into him and wouldn’t let him give up.

Jackson was fortunate enough to win the end of the year rodeo. He has the belt buckle to prove to himself that if you don’t give up and continue to persevere on the other side of all that failure is a version of yourself you never could imagined.

Now it’s time to take those skills into the workforce and do great things!
