Y'all be careful out on your health and fitness journey. I got pulled over for flutter kicking too fast.

Fortunately, my coach @ivanasfitness told me she'd cover the charge. That's the awesome type of support we get from our @e2mfitness #Spoonette coaches Alicia, @kiki_doyalove_me & @git.whit.it .

Now it's #FlutterKickFriday and you should get in some movement with the Alicia the FlutterKick Princess. Homage to @trinarockstarr the Diamond 💎 Princess.

Thought For Today:

When someone asked my daughter if she liked her teacher, this was her response:

“I love Mrs. Fallon!
“She looks JUST like my mommy!”
My mommy loves me, and I love my mommy!”

In her 4 year old mind, love didn’t have a color, it was a feeling that she felt whenever it was shown towards her.

If we adults could only see love the way my 4 year old does, oh what a wonderful world this would be.

In return I want to thank Mrs. Fallon from the bottom of my heart, for not seeing the color of those that she loves. She’s been a great example to help my child understand that LOVE can be GIVEN and RECEIVED, by ALL Colors of the Rainbow!!! And isn’t that God’s message of love….

“….. I have placed my rainbow in the clouds. It is the sign of my covenant with you and with all the earth….”

With all of the ugly things going on in the world today, the just punishment should be destruction! But because God IS love, He patiently continues to give ALL of US, EVERY human being, every hue, every shade….. an opportunity to be forgiven and to get it right…. Through His Son Jesus.

Then He told us to Love each other….. AS He, Loves Us!

So Today, let’s take a page out of a 4 year olds book, and instead of “tasting the rainbow”…….
Let’s Love the Rainbow!!!

(Genesis 9:9-17; John 3:16;
John 15:12)

Thought For Today:

According to the Bible, This world only offers a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from God the Father, but are from this world.

So, if we want to look more like God the Father, then we must heed the advice of the old children’s song and…

“Be careful little eyes what you see.
Be careful little ears what you hear.
Be careful little tongue what you say.
Be careful little hands what you do.
Be careful little feet where you go.
Be careful little heart whom you trust.
Be careful little mind what you think.”

For the Father up above is looking down on us….. not just in Love…. But also, in Righteous Judgment.

So BE CAREFUL!!!

(1 John 2:16, NLT; Romans 2:5-8, NIV)
