Los Angeles Ballet American Icons. Never wanted the final Rock Candy Mountain to fade. I’ll walk the lines and not the squares and have been singing Jimmy crack corn on repeat. Bravo dancers for the vibrant unforgettable performances!

No verbal counts or cues. Just breath. Laura, Morgan and Sarah Ashley- expert trainers in sync with each other. Is this telepathy or one sign of a solid practice? Want to hear it without music? @thekarenlord Pilates Movement/ Melrose

A meaningful start to the 21st season with @losangelesballet 💖✨

Our Pre Season Dancer Screening was a great opportunity to connect with fellow colleagues and work individually with each dancer as they prepare for the season ahead.

As part of LA Ballet Movement Conditioning & Wellness Team our goal is to help each dancer feel supported strong and prepared for the demands of the season while building a foundation for a long and healthy career. Grateful to be part of this team and to support these dedicated beautifully talented dancers. They are on 🩰pointe 😉 to a healthy and inspiring season!✨
