How to survive and make the most of a music festival in your 30’s ➡️

Strength train 2-4x/week consistently for at least 3 months beforehand so you’re strong and your body won’t be sore 💪

EAT before & during the festival 👏 your body needs fuel for ENERGY ⚡️

Have friends that match your energy 🫶🫂

Wear the hydration pack so you stay hydrated 💦 you can take it off for fit pics

And you’ll roll into day 2 strong 💪

Make this face when the bass line hits 😤

X2

Realize moments are continuously fleeting so live IN it and give your friends lots of hugs 🤗

Lay horizontal for 1-2 business days after 😴

Electric Forest ⚡️🌳
This place holds such a special place in my heart. I met the love of my life on these magical dance floors 7 years ago. It’s been the best 7 years of my life since 💕
Coming back to our favorite place & getting to surprise all our besties was a core memory I’ll neverrrrr forget 🫶🏽
