Michelin recognized chefs, doing fried chicken 🍗

@lcky.chkn comes from Ani Meinhold and chef Cesar Zapata, the pair behind Phuc Yea, which has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand four years running. Same instincts, Vietnamese and Colombian, applied to fried chicken.

They’re bringing it to Unkommon Eats.

To say we’re proud would be an understatement.

This recognition belongs to every cook, server, bartender, dishwasher, manager, host, prep cook, and team member that has poured their heart into this restaurant day in and day out. Hospitality is not easy work, and this team continues to show up with passion, resilience, creativity, and love.

Over $2 million raised.
600 guests fed.
One incredibly important mission.

No child in America should have to wonder where their next meal is coming from. Every child deserves access to nutritious meals, and every mother and family deserves support, dignity, and resources to thrive. That’s what No Kid Hungry continues to fight for every single day.

Proud to stand beside @chefceez_ in his role as leadership council, helping bring awareness, action, and our hospitality community together for something so much bigger than ourselves.

Food has always been about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about community, care, and making sure people feel seen and taken care of.

Grateful to be part of this conversation and this movement. ❤️

This is why you need to come to the Miami F1 Grand Prix next year!

This is NOT your typical event food… this is some of the best food in Miami, all in one place at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.

We had everything from Italian ice by Italian Vice, a jerk chicken quesadilla from Reggae Beets (our favorite 🔥), tater tots with chicken from The Coop, smash burgers from Cowy Burger, a bao bun with a caviar bump from Lcky Chicken, cafecito rub ribs from Apocalypse BBQ, and cocktails from Ball & Chain.

And that’s just part of it.

The entire campus is designed like different Miami neighborhoods: Wynwood, Brickell, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, each with its own food, vibe, and local restaurants, so you’re not just going to a race… you’re eating your way through Miami.
