Today was all about supporting, celebrating, and cheering on our grandgirls.

We started the day cheering for Lily at her very first swim meet, proudly representing King College Prep. So proud to watch her compete and take on this new adventure.

Then it was off to celebrate our sweet Kylie at her big 2nd birthday party. Two years of bringing so much love, laughter, and joy to our family.

From cheering at the pool to singing Happy Birthday, it was a full day of making memories with the ones we love most. Our hearts and our grandparent cups are full.

Tonight was a special and bittersweet evening as Literary Legacies hosted its final event, featuring a book signing with Ethan, author of The Silly Cow, and Timothy, author of Kitonai.

We’re so grateful to the family and friends who came out to celebrate Ethan and Timothy and support their work. Having so many people we care about there made the evening even more meaningful.

A very special thank you to David Chappell, founder of Literary Legacies. David helped Ethan turn his ideas into The Silly Cow, offering his time, encouragement, and guidance throughout the process. Watching Ethan sign copies of his own book tonight was a wonderful reminder of the impact David and Literary Legacies have had.

While tonight marked the end of a chapter for Literary Legacies, its legacy lives on in the stories it helped bring to life and the people it encouraged to tell them.

Thank you, David, for helping Ethan become a published author and for giving so many others the opportunity to share their stories.

Really fun one to watch. The @big_baseball_academy Barnstormers 10U team got the season going with a 4 to 1 win, and you could see all the work they’ve been putting in paying off.

These boys have put in a lot of time this offseason. Extra reps, staying locked in, and it showed. They played with confidence, stayed disciplined, and kept grinding together the whole game.

More than anything, it was the way they supported each other and stayed focused that stood out. Just a great team win and a great reflection of the effort they’ve been putting in.

Excited to see where this group goes from here.

What a beautiful and unforgettable evening celebrating Celeste and Jimmy’s wedding. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude, joy, and love.

Watching Celeste walk down the aisle was one of those moments parents carry with them forever. It brought pride, love, and a few tears. It is hard to put into words what it feels like to see your child begin such an important new chapter of life.

The evening was everything we could have hoped for. It was warm, joyful, and filled with laughter, family, and dear friends who mean so much to us. Seeing Celeste and Jimmy surrounded by so much love as they begin their life together is something we will treasure always.

We are so proud of the woman Celeste has become and so happy to welcome Jimmy into our family.

Here’s to a lifetime of happiness, partnership, and love for Celeste and Jimmy. 💍

Today we celebrated my beautiful daughter, Celeste, at her “She’s Been Scooped Up” bridal shower, and I’m not sure there are words big enough for what my heart feels.

Watching her surrounded by so much love, laughter, and joy brought back a lifetime of memories, from holding her as a little girl to now watching her prepare to become a wife. The same sweet spirit, the same beautiful heart, just stepping into a new season.

One of the most touching moments was when Jimmy made a special audio appearance during one of the games. Hearing his voice and the love in his words brought so many smiles and a few happy tears.

She may have been scooped up, but she will always be my baby. I am so incredibly proud of the woman she has become and so grateful for the love she’s found.

Many thanks to the wonderful committee who helped plan this special day. Your thoughtfulness, creativity, and love made it more meaningful than we could have imagined.

What a gift it is to witness this chapter unfold.
