W E E K T W E N T Y 1 😍

A week which filled my cup RIGHT UP.

HYROX, track sessions, some big lifts, coffee & easy K’s with my girls to close out the week 🩵

HIGHLIGHT HOWEVER: has to be the amazing adult sports day with the gang 🥹

40+ people in a field, on a Friday night LAUNCHING themselves at tug of war, rounders, egg & spoon.. a rare sighting 🤣

17 minutes.

That’s what one year of consistency gave me for my running.

People often underestimate what they can achieve in a year because they’re too focused on what hasn’t changed after a few weeks.

2025: 21.36km in 1:57
2026: 21.72km in 1:40

*Not official chip times, but the comparison tells the story.

A 17-minute PB. The difference?

Not talent 🤣
Not a magic training plan 🪄

CONSISTENCY🤘🏼

Showing up on the days I felt motivated.
Showing up on the days I didn’t.
Trusting the process, even when progress felt slow.

If you’re just starting out, or feeling stuck, let this be your reminder: the work you’re putting in today is creating results you can’t see yet.

One year from now, you’ll be so grateful you never gave up!

Barcelona, you were unforgettable! 🇪🇸

This past weekend was hands down one of the absolute best HYROX trips we have ever done. To everyone who was meant to come but couldn’t make it, you were so missed, and we felt your absence!
We are already planning the next one for you.

HYROX can be incredibly intimidating.

The build-up? Terrifying.
The nerves? Real. But every single person who stepped onto that floor can guarantee you one thing: it is SO much fun at the end of the day, and the pride you feel crossing that finish line is unmatched. 🏆

Huge shoutout to our incredible crew this weekend, especially our debutants and milestone makers:

🌟 The First Timers: Maral, Clare Black, and Clare Childs (who absolutely raved through it with Lydia!)
🔥 The Solo Debuts: Angie (First Solo!) and Anthony (First Solo PRO! 💪)
🤝 The Team Players: Lydea, crushed her first-ever approach with the relay! And Alberto at his first Relay!

And a massive thank you to our experienced legends, Lydia, Keeley, and Joe for providing non-stop, loud, proud support across the entire weekend.
You are the heartbeat of this team! 📣❤️

Who is locking in for the next one? 🫵👇

PB’s & Podium ✨

WHAT A WEEKEND.

✨ 10 minute PB in Solo Pro. Sub 75 🥹

✨ 2 hours later, back on the floor helping another
@mz9_fitness warrior through her very first HYROX experience 😍 — exactly what this sport is all about.

✨ COMPLETING the weekend with a relay podium 🥈 alongside the bestie in her first taste of HYROX chaos!

✨ Did 100 unbroken wall balls to finish the relay 🤓

Felt like a real breakthrough weekend, and the best part is we’re only just getting started.

T-minus 33 days until we SEND IT @thechar.method 🌍
