The Raven Kennedy event was SO much fun and incredibly well thought out! I always love listening to Jaimee ask the hard hitting questions because she creates the kind of thoughtful, engaging conversations we all want to hear.

Meeting Raven was such a special experience. She was so relatable, funny, and genuine, and it was wonderful getting to hear her share more about her books and herself.

I also don’t think many people realized that Lilly Drake, the narrator for Auren in the Plated Prisoner series, was there too!! It was so great seeing her again!

I’m so thankful for Susannah and the entire @brightsidebooksandwine team for thinking of every possible detail. Everything ran so smoothly, and you can truly feel how much love and care they pour into creating these events for the book community. It was such a dream and a beautiful full circle moment for them, and I feel so lucky to have been part of it.

Such a memorable night celebrating Raven Kennedy, The Sweetest Fiend, and the wonderful people in this community✨

She’s hates him. He can’t stand her…

..the one man she’s forbidden to want.

If @itsemilymcintire writes it, I’ll read it! Had such a fun time last night with my friends. I feel like I could yap with Emily forever.

Temptation & Tantalizing (@tntbookevents) in Raleigh with my book besties… we had a blast at the event 🖤📚

There’s something so cool about being in a space surrounded by stories, creativity, and people who get it. I had the best time meeting a few new to me authors, reconnecting with familiar faces, and discovering so many hidden books along the way.

What I love most about events like this is realizing that books are so much more than just words on a page. It’s the artistry behind it all…the cover designers, the models, the narrators, the formatting, the entire vision coming to life. Indie authors especially pour everything they have into their work, and it truly shows.

Supporting them doesn’t always mean buying every book (because let’s be real… our TBRs are already chaotic 😅). Sometimes it’s simply showing up, sharing their work, hyping them up, and helping their stories reach the readers who need them.

And that kind of support? It matters more than you think. 🖤

✨ QOTD: Do you love discovering new authors at events, or do you stick to your go-to favorites?
