And tonight, sitting in our first night of the Christmas production, watching families walk in smiling, kids wide-eyed, friends leaning in together, it hit me all over again. Christmas already carries the wonder. We just get to make room for it.

21 years ago, I gave a cherished picture of my father, who had passed away, to some dear friends, Joe and Lisa. Unbeknownst to me, they held onto it all these years—and this Christmas, they gave it back to me. The thoughtfulness of this gift left me speechless.

It’s amazing how something so small can carry so much love and meaning. It reminded me of the power of preserving memories and the legacy of those we hold dear.
