This August I have teamed up with @robustours to support him on his very epic North Wales adventure!

It’s 2 days of adventure hiking 🥾 on the 14th and 15th August staying over night Friday and Saturday in minimum 3 star accommodation.

It’s 2 physically challenging days as it is and we will be adding in some thought provoking questions to make sure your mindset is as sharp as your fitness! 🤩

Come alone or as a pair 👫

If you would like to enquire about further information please DM me.

You don’t have to feel guilty by removing yourself from situations, jobs or people who don’t match your vibe.

This is something that you should celebrate, for this is a brave and bold choice.

You need to put yourself first, so that you are able to protect others too.

With that said, I shall be joining the squad on the 30th May for a cheeky day out in the hope of bagging 3 Munro’s and a nice little 22km jaunt in the process.

Hopefully Scotland will be kind to us but if not, that’s the way it goes. ⛈

Whatever your passion, wherever your vibe takes you, the most important part of you is the six inches between your ears, and the stuff that lies behind your rib cage 🧠🤍

One of the best things about hiking are the people you meet. Sunday's walk with a great group from Caerphilly Adventures was just what we all needed! A time to meet and catch-up with like minded people. The weather and great views made the day perfect!⛰🥾🌞🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
