Last year I teamed up with R.L. Blair to create this adult-sized #RockingDragon #pop-up #photobooth experience. It took us two weeks to make, working in 108 degree weather, using over 90 individual pieces of #wood.
It has been seen at #RTX the internet/gaming convention in Austin, TX, Titmouse Animation's Studio's "Auction of Many Things" benefit show for some of the original creators of #DungeonsandDragons, and Television Acadamy in Los Angeles for a Dreamworks Animatiom event. Watch the full length video at YouTube.com/griffonramsey.

If you're interested in renting the Rocking Dragon for your event, send an inquiry to info@griffonramsey.com. Follow #RockingDragon to keep up with its magical journey on Instagram!

Here is a little project inspired by the video game World of Warcraft - a wooden Shaman Totem! Thanks to all of the people who have requested this one over the years. I love the game too! LOVE your video!! Can I put the following hashtags in a comment on insta?

Here is the belated fourth video in the Slovakia Ice Temple series from a trip I took last November which is all about hiking the High Tatras. One thing I didn't mention in this video are the carriers, people who carry all of the supplies for the chalets in on their backs. Women can also be carriers and I would love to try this next November when I return to help make the next ice temple. Watch the full video at YouTube.com/griffonramsey!

The third video in the series about working on the ice temple in Hrebienok, Slovakia is all about the fun of international travel!

The Slovakians taught me the traditional song Dedinka v údolí. My friend John Bello recorded me singing it to use in this video. You can hear the full version here!

I was invited to join the team of sculptors and builders assisting Adam Bakoš in the construction of a giant ice temple in the High Tatra Mountains of Slovakia. I had a year to find some training to prepare for the build which took place last November. For the full video go to YouTube.com/griffonramsey!

Thanks to Sean Leahy with Full Spectrum Ice, Aaron Costic with Elegant Ice Creations and Jim Duggan with Ice Sculpture Inc for all the ice carving knowledge, and to Vadym Levchuk for editing!
And many thanks to Vysoké Tatry ski resort for creating this special project! Music by The Pretty Reckless.

Last May in Germany at the Huskycup, I was singing around the campfire with @simonorourke and @orourke.elizabeth . We discovered we all loved the movie "The Greatest Showman" with Hugh Jackman. Simon played guitar and the three of us sang "This is Me" together. It was a beautiful moment and it gave me the idea for this video. I feel very honored that Simon, one of my art heroes, wanted to collaborate. He carved P.T. Barnum played by Hugh Jackman and I carved the bearded woman Lettie Lutz played by Keala Settle in the movie. If you haven't seen it yet, rent it!

Thank you to Simon and Elizabeth and thanks to the other contributors of this video: Vadym Levchuk, Sydney Gawlik, and Ashley Emmett. Watch the full video at YouTube.com/griffonramsey! #chainsawcarving #igartist #popart #thegreatestshowman #hughjackman #beardedwoman #thisisme

After competing in the EZO Cup #Chainsaw #Art Masters Competition hosted by @tree_spirits_art in Shimokawa, #Hokkaido, Japan, my daugher @millicentramsey and I spent a few days in #Tokyo. We experienced some unusual foods, outrageous #Harajuku #fashion and the most amazing #owl cafe with real, live owls and hawks! It certainly wasn't enough time in #Japan but I'm grateful for the time we had. Check out the full video at YouTube.com/griffonramsey! #travelblogger #travelgram #traveler edited by @le_brainiac
