In honor of Latinx Heritage Month, we’re spotlighting Le Pash Candles Co. (@le_pash_), a luxury handcrafted candle brand born and rooted in the Bronx. At the helm is Patricia, a passionate entrepreneur who grew up in a tight-knit, female-driven Hispanic family in New York City, always dreaming of building something of her own. Today, she’s living that dream, channeling her love for creating, hosting, and learning into a thriving business. “I fell in love with natural candles while exploring DIY home projects years ago,” Patricia shares. “Now, I’m incredibly grateful to turn that passion into something I can share with the world.” Le Pash Candles Co. specializes in hand-poured, 100% plant-based soybean wax candles that evoke everyday moods and emotions. “I’ve always found candles to be a way to set the atmosphere,” says Patricia. “Each scent is blended to match the mood or ambience I want to create.” As a proud Latinx business owner, Patricia hopes to inspire others through her dedication and hard work. “We come from immigrant parents who taught us to believe that nothing is impossible,” she says. Patricia envisions her brand expanding into new states and countries, with hopes of one day involving her children in the business. Her personal favorite? The “Do Not Disturb” candle—a soothing blend of Lavender, Rosemary, and Sage designed to enhance concentration and bring peace of mind. Cafecito time, Dominican style! 🇩🇴☕️ Lighting up my Cafecito candle from @le_pash_ and sipping on a fresh cup of my Atabey Cafecito, all while taking a moment to relax after a long week☕️🕯️ The candle is blend of coffee and crème brûlée with a sprinkle of our freshly roasted Dominican coffee beans on top, is the perfect way to end the week. This 🕯️ really smells like having a rico cafecito con leche from back home! 🥹 This collab brings together two passions: coffee and candles, both based in our love for community and heritage. 🌺😃 As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, let’scelebrate the beautiful connections we share through traditions, scents, and flavors that feel like home. 🇩🇴✨ #coffee #candles #dominicanowned #dominicancoffee #hispanicheritagemonth #womenownedbusiness #latinaownedbusiness
