It’s rare to sit at a table where everyone feels safe to be themselves.

@yourinnerbabe Friendsgiving was one of those nights that reminds me why I do what I do. I take an insane amount of price in creating the kind of safety that allows for the level of honesty I think we all knowingly or sometimes unknowingly crave. A table full of people choosing to show up as they are, without any level of performance, just their real stories and their real truth. Grateful is an understatement. Nights like this refill me in ways I can’t explain 🫶🏼

Here’s my past week edition of From My Plate to Yours — a little recap of what’s been filling me up lately. ✨

What’s Nourishing Me: my sister-in-law’s beautiful backyard garden, overflowing with fresh tomatoes and herbs. There’s something so grounding about food straight from the vine — simple, fresh, and full of love.

What’s Healing Me: a full-body red light session, programmed specifically for mental clarity + brain fog reduction. It’s been such a supportive tool for giving my mind and body a reset.

What’s Keeping It Fun: a weeknight Cubs game filled with belly laughs, the best energy, and a Cubs W 🙌. Plus, a style session with my stylist, who always reminds me that shopping my closet can feel just as good as buying something new. With a past ED and body dysmorphia, styling has been game-changing — learning to dress my body in ways that make me feel comfortable, confident, and like myself again.

What’s Inspiring Me: two books I’ve been diving into lately — shoutout to @megangroho for introducing me to Meditations for Mortals. I’m also loving Mindbody Prescription, and learning about the mind’s ability to shape our reality, especially through pain, has been eye-opening.

What’s Filling My Soul: letting loose with friends, cocktails in hand, and remembering that those carefree moments of laughter are the best medicine. A caution to the wellness community, don’t let wellness become so restricted that you can’t stay past your bedtime or have a skinny marg🥂

This past weekend, I went on a disconnect to reconnect retreat with @yourinnerbabe and let me tell you, it was one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

I leave feeling lighter, more connected, aligned with who I am, my goals, and what I need to do to get there. The best part, I have 40 INCREDIBLE women supporting me along the way!!

My biggest takeaway? How you communicate with yourself is how you communicate with the universe. What are you going to let that be?

So, my question to you, how good are you going to let it get? How good do you want to let it get? Because really, the power is in your hands 🦋❤️

@jacqgould you are simply magic. You’ve created something so special that I feel so lucky to be part of and truly believe every woman should be part of!! Because it’s that good.
