Always evolving. Getting better year after year, not just the facilities but the coaches and, of course, our athletes.

We’ve come a long way; still a long way to go!

Full training session with @916_bryce

Today’s big focus was on lateral quickness, making sure he’s able to redirect force and momentum efficiently

As the demands of the high school hoops season begin to increase, the overall load and volume of your in-season training should decrease as a result

Excited to see what Bryce can accomplish in his first year of high school basketball, keep going bub!! 📈

okay, let me paint the picture 🎨👇

~ Nike TOC Las Vegas this past weekend (6 hard-fought games in 4 days against teams all over the country) most of us left Thursday 7/9

~ most got back around 11 pm MONDAY (7/13)
@audreybashore_2027 & @miabellabryan2027 drove back, with Mia driving back at 5 am TUESDAY (7/14)

~ weights + performance training with @lead.hoops & practice after that TUESDAY (7/14)…

and EVERYONE who played, showed up. (@belle_baller was getting her arm checked out by the doctor, but thankfully no break or anything just a contusion 🙏🏼)

this is why they are & always will be the STANDARD for our club.

now, did we get a super amount done in practice? not really lol but the fact that everyone was in the gym again less than 24 hours after they got back says a lot, at least to me.

and this is ALWAYS how it’s been (and ALWAYS how it will be) with any group I coach🙂‍↕️… just a little different than most.

idea from coach @jennaduley just to see where their minds are at after Vegas, going into Kentucky ~ had them write down: ✍️👇

2 things they thought they did well individually in Vegas

2 things they thought they could improve upon individually for Kentucky

2 things they thought the team did well in Vegas

2 things they thought the team could improve upon for Kentucky

2 goals they have for the team for Kentucky

do you guys like @maddie.benedyuk2027 drawing? it’s supposed to be me for anyone that didn’t know lol 😂
