Here are a few things that made our 5 night off Grid stay at 14 mile camp ground on the Ningaloo a little more comfortable 🙌👌❤️

We are so grateful for this machine!! 🙏❤️

Coffee and Ocean Views 👌👌👌

Shout out to @_alexviegas for this awesome tip!! Worked a treat! 👌

This tub i picked up for $5 from bunnings- perfect size to comfortably wash off both feet!

So easy to clean and convenient for cooking all your meals!! The gas cylinders you can pick up from your local bunnings or Kmart!

My undiagnosed OCD made me do this, even though I knew there was no point!! 😅😅😅

Chilli Beach – Cape York, QLD 🏝️🌴

I know I say it a lot, but Chilli Beach has honestly blown us away and has been our absolute favourite spot so far!

You drive through the rainforest to get here, then suddenly you’re greeted by endless white sand, blue water and coconut-laden trees. What’s not to love about those jungle vibes!

Between drinking coconuts, we stumbled across a few mango trees, so plenty of mango cocktails were had! 😂🍹 The boys spent their days building shelters while we collected shells and soaked up this incredible place.

One of our favourite things was watching the thousands of metallic starlings return to roost each evening. It was such an incredible sight and just added to the magic of this place.

Chilli Beach really felt like our own little island escape. We could have stayed here for weeks! ❤️

MAIDEN VOYAGE
📍Childers, QLD
We headed up to Childers for two nights, ahead of our next stop/phase of the trip.

Thanks to Cam & Abby for letting us camp in their backyard. Was a great way to get us used to being back in a van and van life - and the girls used to their new bunk beds.

The kids had an absolute blast with their little friends. They were sad to leave them behind when we left.

We had a lovely swim at Woodgate and picked some seashells. Few hot days also called for a sneaky ice cream after our swim 🍦.

the things that earn their spot in our van because we use them pretty much every trip. nothing fancy, just practical things that make caravan life with two kids that bit easier. 🙌🏼

save this for your next camping trip, or tell us what you use all the time in your van 🤎
