✨ Four powerful women. One shared purpose: working together for the greater good of the Merrimack Valley and the people who need us most. 💜

🌟 Luz Frazier, Valley of Hope Board Chair and founder of the LeadHumano Collective
🌟 Michelle Fermin, leader of the #1 CENTURY 21 team in the country by AGC
🌟 Holly Howes, CEO of Valley of Hope Shelter and Recovery
🌟 Ashley Cimino, Chief Strategy Officer of Valley of Hope Shelter and Recovery

Bringing together leadership, compassion, and a commitment to our community, these women believe in turning meaningful connections into meaningful action.

When we share our strengths, open doors for one another, and put people at the heart of our work, we create more opportunities for stability, recovery, and renewed hope. 🤝

Here’s to women supporting women—and working together to lift our entire community.

The Valley of Hope team was proud to attend the Merrimack Valley YMCA Gala last evening and support its work helping young people across our community learn, grow, and thrive. 💙

We had a wonderful time connecting with so many community partners, including Lazarus House, Brothers in Arms, Comfort Home Care, The LeadHumano Collective, and so many more. Thank you to the YMCA for bringing everyone together for a meaningful evening!

My office attended the Valley of Hope Shelter and Recovery’s ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new home of its Women’s View Program in Methuen.

This new space will provide women in recovery with a safe, welcoming environment where they can heal, rebuild, and move forward with hope. Thank you to Valley of Hope, its staff, and every community partner who helped make this new chapter possible.
