What an amazing two days! We were honored to host @JeffLittle and the @Leadto.Win cohort at Church of the King. Yesterday, we toured our St. Charles Campus and spent time praying together on the rooftop!

Today, we gathered with our team and @COTK_College students for our monthly All Staff meeting. Huge shoutout to Braida and Ethan, who each brought a powerful word! Pastor Jeff and I had a great conversation on culture, leadership, and ministry.

I was honored to also have my good friend @PSJoeDobbins, the board chair for @OralRobertsU, pray over our students at the end!

As a Senior Pastor, starting a new year with new staff, it’s important to me that I expose our team to excellence.

A couple of weeks ago, we attended the Leaders Gathering Conference @leadto.win to grow, be challenged, and sharpen our leadership together.

What we pour into our leaders is what overflows into our church.
Grateful for a team that’s hungry, teachable, and committed to raising the standard.

2026 Believing it will be one for the books ..

So grateful for the significant start. We launched a 52 weeks series “Jesus the..” looking at the nature, names, and Character of Christ. There seems to be a hunger for people to know the God of scripture and leaving behind mixture. Spent a few days with some of the team at @leadto.win at @milestonechurch . So thankful for @jefflittle @brandymlittle @patmbrown_ and the team for such a great time of growing and investing into many churches at the start of the year. Great to see friends from all over. Feeling blessed and looking forward to all that is ahead in The Bay Area. We have some exciting things planned for this year, God willing!

My Goal this year is simple; As this new year begins, I’m surrendering it to Jesus. To abide in Him, Grow more like Him, and to let my choices reflect His character and nature. To be more attentive to things above rather than the noise below. To have a healthy spirit, soul, body. (Thanks @dhariusdaniels for a powerful word at Lead to win). To be heavenly minded and Spiritually potent to bring impact to the lives I meet. Embrace the new things that God may have in store for us and Heirs Church. To Build people, raise leaders, equip churches and develop healthy relationships. Moving on from those who continually drag down, are critical & unwilling to celebrate the wins. A year of More joy, laughter & hope. We all need it!

What an incredible few days at @milestonechurch for the @leadto.win Leadership Gathering! So many powerful teaching moments and truly amazing worship- I loveddd that @southbaychurch was apart of this amazing Gathering! 🙌🏼

Spent a couple days learning, getting motivated, and worshipping at @milestonechurch with fellow leadership team members of @homechurchsa. Excited to implement everything and continue to Love, Serve and Lead our community.

Home from an amazing week of ministry in Texas and Louisiana. It is awesome to see what God is doing all over the nation, it feels like a new day in the church! Thank you @jefflittle @steve_robinson_ @josh_joines for letting me be a part. Grateful!

Got to spend a couple days of refreshing with other Pastors this week. An amazing start to the new year as we believe God for “Miracles” in 2026. So thankful for people that pour into our lives. Leaders Gathering at Milestone was sooo good and the time spent with Pastor friends.

Thank you to every church leader who made the journey to come hang with us for a couple days. So grateful for @jefflittle @milestonechurch staff and the @leadto.win team for putting on a great environment for church leader to grow, connect and be equipped!

That’s a wrap on Leaders Gathering! We are so honored to have had such incredible church leaders with us the last two days. We have always been passionate about expanding the Kingdom, and this week we were reminded why we love it so much. We are so excited to see what’s in store for these pastors in 2026!

What an incredible day one of Leaders Gathering! Every year, we have the honor of hosting pastors and church leaders for a two-day event, where they gather, grow, and learn practical strategies to implement in their home churches. Our heart has always been to help the Church grow, and we consider it such a privilege to serve these amazing leaders. We can’t wait for day two!
