🌈✨ PRIDE. PRESENCE. POOLSIDE. ✨🌊

Ya girl Mimi pulled up to the @lezbefriendz Pride Pool Party at the @pemeberton and BABYYYY… it was a WHOLE VIBE! 🏳️‍🌈🔥

I had the pleasure of sitting down with @balenthinna for the Realness Lounge Podcast, and let’s just say… we talked our talk! 🎙️💋

Now here’s the funny part… 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

The party was SO LIT that I completely forgot to capture content! The water was looking a little too dangerous, the energy was unmatched, and your girl chose to be PRESENT instead of behind the camera. 😜

Between the live fashion shows, incredible dancers, amazing music, beautiful souls, and ALLLLLL the skin… 👀🍑🔥

BABY… EVERYBODY WAS SERVING.

That’s what Pride is about for me, being unapologetically yourself, celebrating community, loving loudly, and creating spaces where everyone gets to shine.

🏳️‍🌈 Now I want to hear from YOU…

What does PRIDE mean to you? 💬

Drop it in the comments. Let’s celebrate every story, every journey, and every beautiful human. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I truly hope people find value in the content I share.

I’m passionate about helping people succeed in life—whether it’s a student athlete striving to reach their potential or a middle-aged man working to rebuild his life one day at a time. Success looks different for everyone, but the principles remain the same: discipline, accountability, consistency, and a willingness to grow.

If something I post helps one person take a step forward, then it’s worth it. My mission has always been bigger than fitness. It’s about helping people become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally so they can show up as the best version of themselves.

Keep moving forward. Your next chapter is waiting.

🔥 Phoenix… y’all already know the vibes!!! 🎨✨🎶

We’re bringing the Ultimate Glow Paint & Sip Experience BACK to Sushi Sonora on Thursday, June 4th and this one is gonna be a whole vibe from start to finish. 💃🏽🎤

Think glow paint, Latin + Hip Hop + R&B all night, LIVE DJ, karaoke with on-screen lyrics, good food, drinks flowing, singing with strangers like they’re your best friends by the end of the night 😂✨

And YESSSS… you’ll have over 20 designs to choose from including Selena, Bad Bunny, Karol G, Drake, Tupac, Biggie, Snoop and more! 🎨🔥

No experience needed because all canvases come preoutlined and I guide you step-by-step. So even if you swear you “can’t paint”… trust me, you got this 😌🙌
