On 10/10, my life changed forever ♾️❤️

Eight years ago, I became a mommy, and it’s all because of you, Alexandria!! My baby girl and my bestie, all in one. 🥹❤️

You are so smart, curious, and wise beyond your years. Watching you grow into the amazing little girl you are today has been one of my greatest joys. I love seeing the world through your eyes and watching you become such a loving daughter and the sweetest big sister. You are truly a blessing in more ways than you’ll ever know.

I thank God for you every single day, and I feel so incredibly blessed that He chose me to be your mommy. ❤️ Never stop being your curious, funny, loving, and especially silly self. Keep shining, my sweet girl!

Mommy, Daddy, and Sissy love you more than words could ever express.

Cheers to 8 years of loving you and a lifetime of beautiful memories to come! ✨🎉💕

Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate her life with us!

“FIRST ROLLS IN THE CITY”

One of my really good friends bought me a Kodak H35 film camera for my birthday. I’ve always wanted to try out film photography and this was the perfect catalyst.

Before my first roll even got developed, I picked up a Pentax17 because I wanted a bit more control while I was still getting the hang of this.

I really really like using this medium to capture every day life. I also love how I can take the H35 and Pentax17 anywhere the XT5 can’t go. I also love the unknown part of whether the photo is good until they’re developed.

@scopescreenings Opening Night Season 5!! 🍿💐🍾 :)

I say this and will continue saying SEATTLE!!! THANK YALL for pulling up to watch movies with us on a Tuesday night. Still crazy to look around a packed theater and realize Scope Screenings started as an idea… and five years later we’re still here, growing and bringing filmmakers + film lovers + creatives together IN REAL LIFE.

Opening night was fuccin amazing!!!! Personally, I want people leaving Scope Screenings inspired to make something, put that something it out and meet somebody they might create another something with 🙏🏾🎬

Season 5 is officially underway.

Nothing makes us happier than seeing the Scope Society outside!! Filmmakers, artists, creatives, friends, new faces + familiar ones all in the same building supporting films made by US, for US.

Seattle’s film community is alive & we love being THE space where Black, brown, tan + underrepresented filmmakers are at the CENTER of the action 🎬

We appreciate every single person who keeps showing up and making Scope Screenings what it is. WE LOVE OUR SCOPE SOCIETY!!! 🍿🫶🏾
